Check/Money Order
We accept Money Order, Cashiers Check, Personal or Business Check in U.S. Funds. *Note: When paying by personal or business check, it needs to clear our account before merchandise will be shipped. If paying by money order or cashiers checks, your merchandise will be shipped as soon as we receive payment.

Shipping

Cost
To find out how much an item will cost to ship, simply add the item to your shopping cart. At the bottom of the page, you will see where to enter your zip code, and then click "calculate". This will give you your shipping charge.

Transit Time
Standard ground transit time takes approximately 2-4 business days to the west coast and 5-7 business days to the east coast. These figures are approximates and actual time may be more or less depending on the route.

Hawaii, Alaska, & Puerto Rico - These orders have to be shipped UPS 2nd Day Air or USPS Priority.

Canada - We love Canada! The shipping prices are listed on our site after item is added to your shopping cart. Customers will be charged a duty tax that is paid to Canadian customs. This has nothing to do with us and to find out what this rate is, contact your local customs agency. Please note we will only declare the actual value, please do not ask us to put a reduced cost on this. Any additional customs or Duty Fees incurred are the customer's responsibility. If fees are charged to West Covina Nissan my mistake, they will be billed back to the customer.

Out of Stock
If the parts you order are out of stock or backordered, we will attempt to contact you via email within 24 hours. We will let you know when your order will be available for shipment and give you the choice of waiting or cancelling your order at no extra charge. If you choose to wait for the item to become available, you will be subject to restocking fees if you later decide you want to cancel (see Order Cancellation below).

Order Cancellation
To cancel an order that has recently been placed, please reply to your confirmation email of your order, and we will do our best to stop your order from being processed. Take note that as soon as your order is placed, your order goes to processing, so it is difficult to stop an order, once it has been placed. If your order is already shipped you will first need to take delivery of the order. Then follow the return instructions below, to receive proper credit.

Damaged Goods/Shipping Errors
Upon receipt of shipment, please inspect cartons immediately and in the presence of the delivery person. If you receive an incorrect item due to our error, we will issue a UPS/DHL tag (where available) at no charge and we will ship out the correct item as soon as possible. If product is damaged, you must keep the product, original box and all original packaging for inspection by carrier. We must be notified of any error or damages within 3 days of receipt of your order.

Returns
In the event that a purchase must be returned, please reply to your order confirmation email, for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. If returned without RMA # your return will be refused.

  1. All returns must have the RMA number clearly written on the shipping label, not on the box , or the return will be denied.
  2. Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.
  3. Shipping on returned goods is to be paid by the customer.
  4. Installed or special ordered parts cannot be returned. If merchandise shows signs of installation, the return will be denied.
  5. Items must be returned in the original box and packaging . If the customer discards the box before parts are installed, and a fitment error is found after, we can not take the item back.
  6. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on all merchandise returned in 100% resalable condition (clean package, all pieces intact, etc). If returned goods are not 100% resalable, they will be returned to you at your cost for shipping.
  7. Please have your order number or invoice when you call and include these numbers if emailing.

Web Site Error
We do our best to make sure that our site is current and error free. From time to time, there may be an error listed on the site. West Covina Nissan is not responsible for any text, html or pricing errors. Customers will be charged the correct/adjusted price. We will notify customers if we find an error that will affect their order. They will be asked if they want to continue with the order if it is more than the original amount. Prices are subject to change without notice.

WARRANTY AND CONDITIONS OF USE
All OEM NISSAN products have a 12 month warranty, excluding electrical items. Most aftermarket parts are subjected to a limited manufacturers warranty if offered by the manufacturer. We honor all manufacturer warranties for the items we sell. Most aftermarket products are for "OFF-ROAD" use only, however some products offered are D.O.T compliant and approved by the California Air Resource Board (C.A.R.B). It is the customer's responsibility to check with their local DMV and local law enforcement before installation of products.
